*Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep¹ and to relieve feelings of circadian rhythm disruption².¹ The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.² The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the first days after arriving at the destination.

Ingredients: purified water, sweetener - xylitol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thickeners - microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and xanthan gum, melatonin, natural flavoring (blackcurrant), preservative - potassium sorbate, acidity regulator - malic acid.

Usage: Shake well before each use. Initial use: Press the pump 3 times to start the solution. Spray directly into the mouth, preferably under the tongue or inside the cheek. The recommended daily dose for adults is 1 spray shortly before bedtime (30 min.). Clean the spray head after each use.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to melatonin or any of the other ingredients. Recommended for ages 18 and up. The use of the product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use food supplements to replace a full and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Excessive use may cause a laxative effect. Store out of the reach of children, in a dry, dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C. Use within 6 months after opening.
