Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Composition in 1 strip: volume enhancer hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, humectant glycerin, stabilizer: polysorbate 80, flavoring banana flavor solution, melatonin 1 mg, dye brilliant blue FCF, sweetener sucralose.

Usage: 1 strip in the evening for 30 – 60 min. before going to bed on the tongue, because the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. Do not chew or swallow the tablet. The tablet should be used immediately after removal from the package.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to melatonin or any of the other ingredients. It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with autoimmune diseases, as well as children under 18 years of age. Use with caution by drivers, as the capsules may cause drowsiness and slow reaction time. Do not use food supplements to replace a full and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Store out of the reach of children, in a dry, dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C.
