Valerian helps overcome stress, reduces agitation, helps to fall asleep, maintains good sleep quality.

Ingredients in 2 tablets: 40 mg valerian root extract, corn starch, acidity regulator: calcium hydrogen phosphate, gelatin, anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide and stearic acid magnesium salt, modified starch, sucrose, colors: calcium carbonate and tartrazine, thickener: acacia gum, glazing agents: carnauba wax and beeswax, purified water. The dye tartrazine can adversely affect the activity and attention of children.

Recommended daily dosage: 1 tablet 2 times a day or according to the doctor's instructions.

Warnings: Do not use the nutritional supplement as a substitute for a full and balanced diet! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in case of individual intolerance. Do not use if the product packaging is damaged. Do not use for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children under 12 years of age.

Storage: Store in a dark, dry place, out of the reach of children, at room temperature (15-25 °C), in tightly closed original packaging.
