Lactic acid bacteria mixture with 4,8 billion active CFU*** at the time of manufacturing moment (calculated on the recommended daily dose 16g). Ispaghula seed husk (Psyllium husk) contains up to 80% of fiber.  Ispaghula seed husk (Psyllium husk) helps to maintain a healthy bowel and facilitate intestinal transit. It helps to control blood levels of cholesterol. Food supplement suitable for VEGANS.

Ingredients: dextrose, ispaghula seed (Plantago ovata) husk powder, inulin (fiber), thickener - Guar gum, lactic acid bacteria mixture (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium longum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum).

Recommended daily dosage: Adults thoroughly mix 2 incomplete teaspoons (16g) of the product into 1 glass of water (room temperature) and drink immediately with another 1 glass of water. Use the product 1 time per day after meal. For children from 6 to 12 years, use half of the recommended dose. Recommendation to drink more liquid. After prolonged continuous use of the product, a break of 2-3 days is desirable.

Warnings: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle! Do not to exceeded the stated recommended daily dosage of the food supplement. Do not use in case of individual intolerance. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. The product should not be used by children under 6 years of age.
