Composition in 1 capsule: maltodextrin, gelatin, chamomile extract 50 mg, valerian extract 50 mg, passionflower extract 50 mg, peppermint extract 5 mg, peppermint essential oil 5 mg, melatonin 1.9 mg, coloring: calcium carbonate.

Usage: For adults, 1 capsule in the evening for 30 minutes. before going to bed.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to melatonin or any other ingredient. Use is not recommended if you are pregnant and should not be used if you are breastfeeding.
