Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Contains a source of phenylalanine!

Ingredients in 1 tablet: lactose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin 1 mg; sweetener: aspartame; antioxidant: tartaric acid; dyes: tartrazine, brilliant blue FCF.

Usage: 1 tablet in the evening for 30 – 60 min. before going to bed under the tongue, because the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to melatonin or any of the other ingredients. Use is not recommended if you are pregnant and should not be used if you are breastfeeding. Dye tartrazine: can adversely affect children's activity and attention. Do not use food supplements to replace a full and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Store out of the reach of children, in a dry, dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C.
