Glucosamine is naturally present in the body as a component of connective tissue and articular cartilage. 1Glucosamine hydrochloride is natural origin, obtained from chitin- a substance which is obtained from the shells of shrimps and crabs.

Ingredients: glucosamine hydrochloride (of crustaceans), gelatin.

Recommended daily dosage: Adults intake 1 capsule 2 times per day.
