Ingredients: bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose; biotin; anti-caking agents - silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily dosage: Adults 1/4 tablet per day. It is recommended to use a tablet cutter to divide the tablet.
