Biotin helps maintain healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes.

Ingredients: bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose; biotin; anti-caking agents - silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily dosage: adults 1/4 tablet per day. It is recommended to use a tablet cutter to divide the tablet.

Warnings: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle! Do not to exceeded the stated recommended daily dosage of the food supplement. Do not use in case of individual intolerance. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Product should not be used during pregnancy and lactation period.

Storage conditions: Store in a dark, dry place out of the reach of children. Keep at room temperature (15-25°C) in the original packaging, tightly closed.
