It is recommended as a food supplement - an additional source of calcium and vitamin D3. Vitamin D helps maintain normal blood calcium levels and bone health. Calcium is needed to maintain bone health.

Ingredients in 1 tablet/ 4 tablets: Calcium carbonate 0.625 g /2.5g (calcium 250 mg/1000 mg 31%/125% of NRV*), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; mumijo – 44.33 mg//177.32mg, bulking agent: maltodextrin, stabilizer: potato starch, anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 1.25 µg/ 5 µg (25%/100% of NRV *)

Used: for adults, 2 tablets 2 times a day, during meals.
